At MomenMe, privacy is not merely an optional feature—it is the foundational pillar of our architectural design. We understand that your photos, voice recordings, family videos, and digital legacy represent life's most precious and intimate moments.

2. Zero-Knowledge Cryptographic Architecture

MomenMe vaults are built on uncompromising Zero-Knowledge Encryption principles:

• Local Encryption Keys: Your memories and testamentary vaults are encrypted using cryptographic keys derived exclusively from your local PIN and device biometrics.
• No Internal Access: Employees, infrastructure engineers, and systems administrators have no cryptographic capability or backdoor to decrypt or view your private vault contents on our cloud servers.
• Multi-Layered Security: All data in transit is shielded with TLS 1.3 / 256-bit SSL protocols, and stored within isolated cloud object stores enforced by strict Row Level Security (RLS) policies.

3. Information We Collect

We adhere strictly to data minimization and collect only what is strictly necessary to deliver the service:

• Account Credentials: Email address, display name, and locale preferences for authentication purposes.
• Transaction Data: Subscription tier, billing cycle status, and storage quotas (credit card transactions are handled directly by Stripe, Apple App Store, or Google Play without ever traversing our servers).
• Beneficiary Information: Recipient name, email, and emergency contact details voluntarily submitted by you in the Digital Legacy module.
• Diagnostic Telemetry: Pseudonymized crash logs and system metrics utilized exclusively for diagnosing application stability.

4. No Data Monetization / Ad-Free Guarantee

MomenMe operates solely on a transparent subscription business model. We guarantee unconditionally:

• ❌ We NEVER sell, license, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties or data brokers.
• ❌ We NEVER embed third-party advertising trackers or marketing telemetry within our vault applications.
• ❌ Your memories are NEVER ingested to train public AI models or machine learning algorithms.

5. Right to Be Forgotten & Data Portability

You retain full autonomy to download complete unencrypted archives of your vault or submit a permanent account deletion request at any time via in-app Profile Settings. Upon account deletion, all database records and storage payloads are permanently obliterated from our cloud clusters within 14 business days.
