MomenMe, an official product owned and operated by Zufrida Applications International (legally registered as PT Zufrida Aplikasi Internasional) ("Company", "MomenMe"), respects the intellectual property rights of others and strictly complies with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and applicable international copyright regulations.

As a provider of encrypted private cloud storage hosting user-generated content (UGC), MomenMe maintains a prompt and transparent Notice-and-Takedown procedure.

2. Notification of Claimed Infringement (Takedown Notice)

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent thereof and believe that copyrighted material has been uploaded or distributed through our service without authorization, please submit a written notification containing:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., song title, audio recording, original photograph, or verified portfolio URL).
3. Specific identification of the material claimed to be infringing on the MomenMe platform (memory ID, secure share link, or relevant screenshot evidence).
4. Contact information of the complaining party (Full legal name, physical address, telephone number, and active email address).
5. A statement of good faith belief (good faith belief) that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

If a user reasonably believes that access to their uploaded material was disabled or removed as a result of mistake or misidentification (such as public domain material or authorized Creative Commons licenses), the user may submit a formal Counter-Notification containing proof of ownership or express authorization.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with statutory requirements, MomenMe maintains a strict zero-tolerance repeat infringer policy that provides for the immediate and permanent termination of accounts found to repeatedly infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
